The Customer Support Team provides world class customer service via digital channels to thousands of consumers across the UK.
As part of our growing Customer Support strategy, we have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join the team. The successful individual will be the voice of Musclefood Customer Support across various digital channels including LiveChat, eMail, Facebook and Twitter. As a result, we are looking an experienced individual who is passionate about customer service, eCommerce and possesses strong written English.
Responsibilities
· Providing real time customer service across LiveChat, eMail and social media channels
· Delivering personalised resolutions for our customers that aim to delight and develop brand advocacy
· Develop and maintain and strong understanding of MuscleFood products, services and personality
· Identify customer support trends and liaise with internal stakeholders to design appropriate solutions
· Working in a team, you will build good working relationships with colleagues from both the Customer Support Team and throughout the MuscleFood family.
· Seek opportunities to wow our customers within the MuscleFood Customer Support framework
· Any other tasks that support the business requirements of MuscleFood.
Work Experience Requirements
· Previous experience working in a customer support advisor role, resolving customer issues through digital channels such as live chat, email and social media, ideally on behalf of an online retailer
· Demonstratable customer centric problem solving, decision-making and communication experience
· Experience of working with customer service software such as Zendesk, Helpscout, Freshdesk
· You must have a positive attitude and a friendly character; we are here to keep our customers happy and build a great team in doing so!
· Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone when required
· Have had experience of and are able to work independently
· Flexible to work weekends and overtime (also Bank Holidays) when required
· Literate in MS Office products
· Excellent standard of written English

Salary: £21,694.60 per year
