We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records in an accurate and organized manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £21,995.00-£23,009.00 per year
