We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Birchwood, Warrington.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering inbound e-mails, social media messages and WhatsApp messages.
• Supporting customers via Live Chat.
• Ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to every customer whilst hitting both individual and team targets
• Making outbound emails and calls when necessary
• Communicating information about the company’s products and services
• Dealing with written communication through email and post, as well as general administrative duties.
• Effectively actioning refunds and exchanges
• Managing fraud and finance checks

Hours of work

• Full Time , Permanent Role.
• You will work 37.5 hours per week. Working 5 days out of 7.
• Shift patterns are ran between the hours of 08:00-21:00 Monday to Friday or between 09:00-17:00 on Saturday / Sunday. On average you will work 1 weekend day (either or a Saturday or Sunday) every 2 weeks.
