We are currently recruiting for a permanent, part-time Inbound Customer Service Advisor, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. This role will be based in our onsite call centre. Opening hours: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 17:00 Sat & Sun 10:00 - 16:00
The role will consist of answering all customer queries, which will include bookings, product explanations, upselling and cross-selling products, and generally making sure the customer has an excellent experience.
The key responsibilities of the role will be to:
- Process Centre bookings
- Answer calls, respond to emails and respond to livechat communication in line with KPIs
- Resolve any customer complaints that arise
- Gain excellent product and business knowledge
- Upsell products in an engaging manner
- Perform any reasonable request by management
Desired skills and experience:
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Experience working in a call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, accuracy and attention to detail skills when dealing with all customers and colleagues
- Proactive attitude, ensuring all customer queries are completed within ‘first call resolution’ process
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

This is a part-time position that will require some flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Shift times vary to suit park opening hours, but will involve some weekend work.
