Customer Service Advisor

What you can expect as our Customer service advisor
As part of our Operations team , you'll play a key role in making sure the students who stay with us feel at home. You'll be talking to future and current students about how awesome staying with us is, while making sure our current residents have their best year yet!
- Supporting the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residents
- Completing administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests
- Carrying out sales and leasing activities including viewings
- Ensuring compliance in line with health and safety standards
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach
- Chase outstanding rent arrears following rent collection procedures
- Creating exceptional experiences for our students through organising events
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Hours: 16 hrs
