As a Branch Assistant, your role will be essential in keeping the branch and yard running smoothly. From serving customers in the yard to loading vehicles and monitoring stock, you'll be at the heart of their operations.

So, what will you be doing?
As a Yard/Branch Assistant, you will have a strong focus on customer service at the trade counter and work outside in the yard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and working in different environments.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Welcoming customers to the branch and showing interest in their projects.
- Becoming familiar with the product lines to offer help and advice in the yard and at the trade counter.
- Processing and preparing customer orders.
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift to minimize manual handling.
- Checking incoming deliveries and reporting missing or damaged products.
- Maintaining stock levels in the shop and yard areas by conducting regular stock counts.
- Keeping the branch and yard clean, tidy, and prioritizing Health & Safety.
