- Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
As a customer service agent you will be answering calls for a white glove coffee company.
This role requires customer service agents to answer calls in relation to customer queries, orders, machine assistance as well as this there is an element of up selling.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
·Answer incoming calls and direct calls appropriately.
·Receive emails from customers and use the appropriate email system to reply appropriately.
·Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
·Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
·Provide technical support as needed for our customers.
·Assist with order processing and shipping.
·Assist with inventory management.
·Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
·Maintain a positive attitude towards the team members and a positive working environment.
·Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
·Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
·Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) is required for both written and verbal communication to our customers, internal staff, and external parties.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.90 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 55 per week
