Job Title: Banking Customer Service Advisor
Start Date: 17th April 2023
Salary - £10.90 per hour
Working hours - Full time 37.5 hours per week.
Rotational Shift pattern across Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm & Sunday 10am -6pm

Job Description
As a Banking Customer Service Advisor you will be working within a busy, fast paced, multi-skilled team. You will be responsible for providing support to new and existing customers via calls, webchat, emails & SMS.
You'll be able to work from home for the duration, and all training and equipment would be provided.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous complaint handling experience within financial services dealing with a variety of different products. You'll be used to working to case targets within this fast-paced environment and managing your own workload.
You will have excellent communication skill to be able to explain things clearly, tailoring each call and letter to each customer's needs, as well as being able to talk to key stakeholders within the bank.
You'll also have a great attention to detail, whilst navigate numerous internal systems, to resolve complaint right the first time.
