We have an ongoing temporary role for our well-known client based in Morley.

HYBRID WORKING!!!!
£10.42 per hour
Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.

Your role-
- Dealing with customer queries via webchat.
- Inbound and outbound calling.
- Responding to customer emails.
- Building a strong customer rapport.
- General office administration duties as and when required.
The ideal candiate-
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Have a good, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Be adaptable to change and new systems
- Have experience of end-to-end case management in a Customer Service setting.
- Have access to the internet at home, should you be required to work remotely
