Job description
We're currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor in our Training team here at HSS, where you'll be first point of contact for the team; managing the initial enquires that come through from our wider Sales Team and our Regional Sales Manager.
You'll be providing information on the third-party training courses we offer, contacting suppliers for required details on the courses they provide and pass details on to the team members on the sales team to facilitate.
What will you do
- Sending the required third party course details to the relevant internal team, making sure they have all the information they need.
- Build a good rapport with Suppliers and ensure all supplier expectations are met, gaining information and knowledge on their courses.
- Raise any issues with bookings or potential bookings with the relevant party.
- Respond to all calls, emails and messages in a timely manner, ensuring colleagues and suppliers are treated in a professional and courteous manner at all times with clear lines of communication.
