Great Customer Service Advisor opportunity in Milton Keynes for a luxury automotive company
Your new company
Hays are working with a prestigious automotive company in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their contact centre team for 12 months initially.
- 8:00 to 17:30 with an hour break
- Hybrid working (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)
- 37.5 hour working week
- First 5 weeks are mandatory training days in the office
- £12 an hour
Your new role
You will be expected to delivery an excellent service to customers around any queries.
Your main duties will include:
- Responding efficiently to emails and calls
- Responding to queries around products and services
- Perform Ad-hoc tasks
- Carry out necessary contract administration with service level agreement
What you'll need to succeed
- Available as soon as possible
- Customer Service Experience
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Ability to work within a team
- Keen eye for accuracy
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to take ownership over problems and resolve them
- Self-motivated
