What you’ll be doing
To provide in-person or remote support on end-user devices as part of the Service Desk team, undertaking remote installations of software, supporting all the logistics linked to
the provision of devices, ensuring devices are built and configured securely (using imaging tools), and deploying all appropriate software dependent upon the role of the
end user, all within agreed service levels. The role will work in line with the Council’s values and behaviours, workingcollaboratively with services across the council, partners, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality technology support service that in turn supports a highly effective organisation.
