We are looking for people who are passionate about helping people and providing outstanding great customer service
Hours: You will work 37.5 hours a week. You’ll be working between the hours of 08:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday. Depending how your rota falls, you will work 3-4 weekends out of 8, 9:00–17:00 Saturday and 09:00-13:00 Sunday.
Location: You’ll be based at our vibrant hub in Leicester, with a mix of in-office and home working.
Salary: Starting £21,200 with the added bonus of having developmental opportunities and potential to grow within the role

You will become proficient in supporting our customers with a variety of queries and providing the support they need, this could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes for new policies, taking payments and supporting customers in financial difficulty
What are we looking for in a Customer Service Advisor?
- An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in customer service whether it be within a contact centre, office based, retail or a hospitality environment or even just an interest to start a career within customer service we’d love to hear from you
- Self-motivated individuals that take pride in what they do, uphold our values, and focus on outcomes
- Colleagues with a positive, empathetic, and patient approach
- Clear communicators who can build rapport and bring their personality to work
- People proficient at navigating software systems while managing a conversation
