Overview of Role
H&M Distribution are actively looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team within their Newton-le-Willows Depot. Offering a competitive salary, personal and professional growth possibilities, and a comprehensive benefits and incentive package.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of an efficient operations team to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained, that key clients are retained, and that strong business relationships are promoted.
Within this role you will be the initial point of contact for both customers and Palletways Depots, therefore it is essential the successful candidate holds strong communication skills, attention to detail and has the ability to operate as part of a team.

Our company is rapidly developing and employ over 170 employees across 3 depots within the UK.

Responsibilities
· Daily communication and interaction with customers, dealing with any issues and general queries
· Investigating and resolving any customer complaints
· Providing information on products, services, and delivery times
· Providing daily and weekly reports
· Maintaining current internal and database systems
· Escalating inquiries to appropriate team, when necessary
· Assisting with onboarding of new customers
· Passing customer feedback onto different departments to improve the organisations service
· Answering calls and emails
· Completing daily task sheet
Requirements:

· Working knowledge of CRM tools

1. Salary: £23,850 per annum plus ability to achieve quarterly bonus scheme with the view to increase as of 1st April 2023
2. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm / 8am - 4pm
