Job Description
Working within our customer service department you will be responsible for covering a wide range of duties which include the following:
· Daily communication with our customers via telephone and email
· Liaising with our franchisee partners and forming relationships
· Dealing with challenging customers and providing solutions
· Organization of dairy management
· Support national installers with their daily activities
· Identifying and prioritising tasks in order of importance
The role covers a variety of different areas within the business therefore you will need to have:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel, along with a willingness and ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical, thorough, with a very good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills – able to plan diaries for engineers
A pleasant telephone manner will also serve you well.

Experience of working within a busy office environment and excellent customer service essential.
Working hours are 8.45am to 4.45pm with 1/2 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.
