Job description
As a FRF Toyota Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
About you
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,310.00-£25,967.00 per year
