Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to grow our new customer service division at our Trafford site. We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive and personable, you will join a dynamic team of individuals based over our two sites (Manchester and Mansfield) and report into the Customer Service Manager.

  • Promoting customer service excellence, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard across all areas within the For Everyone Group
  • Dealing with customer calls and enquiries over the phone and emails
  • Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests using a ticketing system
  • Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services

Requirements

  • 1-year minimum experience in customer services/call centre
  • Experience using a ticket system
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates customer service excellence both internally and externally
  • Possesses commercial awareness in their decision-making and actions
  • High level of integrity and trust
  • Takes ownership with a proactive attitude

Job Details

  • Office based, permanent, Full time (37.5 Hours), 8 hours shift with 30 min unpaid lunch between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend cover
  • Free Office Parking

  • 1 day additional per year of employment up to 28 days
