Farmfoods is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join us in our Yardley office.
We are looking to recruit an Advisor to join our Customer Service team on a full time basis at our Birmingham (Yardley) office.
Pay, working hours & benefits:
£20,000 - £21,000 depending upon experience.
You will be required to work from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every four weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu).

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting.
- Have the ability to manage a number of different tasks in a methodical and organised way.
- Report to the Customer Service Manager
You will need:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following skills; attention to detail, organisation, an excellent telephone manner, a high standard of numeracy and literacy, and the ability to work to deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint would also be beneficial.
As well as dealing with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers, the office is also home to many of the company’s directors and senior management team. The successful candidate must be comfortable and confident engaging with people at all levels of seniority.We expect the successful candidate to have a good academic record, including grade B/C (6/5) in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
If you do not possess academic qualifications at this level but feel confident you can demonstrate the skills listed above and that you can prove you have the drive and work ethic to succeed in this position, we would still love to hear from you.
