Customer Service Advisor - Casual @ Holmes Chapel

Job description
Our Customer Service Advisors support customers with enquiries and encourage and promote our products, services and centres.

Taking ownership of both electronic and phone enquiries, you will establish customers’ needs and provide information and solutions in a professional and friendly manner.

As part of our team you will deliver a first-class customer service to retain and attract customers.

Working in our Contact Centre based in Holmes Chapel, our Customer Service Advisors have knowledge of our full product offering, being proactive in selling our services and promoting sales campaigns.

You will be friendly and able to work to defined targets and have a genuine desire to achieve positive outcomes for customers. With experience of a customer service focussed role and understanding of leisure management systems, you will have the confidence and motivation to resolve problems and handle a large variety of enquiries from our customers.

Current opening hours for the contact centre are Mon – Fri 9am – 7pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm.

£10.62 per hour
