THE ROLE:
Customer Service Advisor
Our UK EV Cargo Solutions team are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as our Customer Service Advisor. You will become part of an exciting, fast-paced, customer orientated team with lots of opportunities for progression.

SHIFT TIMES
The shift pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday (nine hour working day with a one hour lunch break). Your start time will be between 7am and 9am, and the finish time will be between 4pm and 6pm (depending on the needs of the client).
OFFICE BASED
This role will be based at our flagship office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (LE65 1JR).
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Main point of contact for customer and hauliers on a day to day basis.
- Monitoring delivery activity across a range of contracts.
- Compiling and distributing daily reports.
- All planned checks carried out for allotted contracts.
- Complete the issue log for any event affecting delivery.
Qualifications. Level 2 in English & Maths.
Experience. Previous administration experience. Previous customer service experience. Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity. Knowledge of driver hours would be beneficial.
Communication. You will have excellent communication skills (spoken and written), an approachable attitude and a flexible approach to work.
Influence & Persuasion. A methodical and structured approach to problem solving.
Planning & Organisation You will be highly organised with high attention to detail, good at prioritising tasks and great team player. You will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and a methodical and thorough approach to work.
