We are looking for ambitious individuals that want to step up their career and begin their journey as a Junior Mortgage Consultant for a well-known name in the industry. Our client is a specialist Financial Service business with newly renovated offices in Bristol. If you are confident, have previous Customer Service experience, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, this role is perfect!
What you'll be doing
- Continuously supporting customers and brokers where needed.
- Managing incoming phone calls and web chat enquires.
- Working with new customers to manage their mortgage process.
- Liaising with existing customers to maintain their mortgage.
- Ensuring all customer information is kept up to date.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the process.
What you'll need to apply
- A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people.
- Previous Customer Service, Sales or similar experienced is beneficial.
