Ipswich/hybrid (3 days per week in our Ipswich office)

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver an excellent service through the pro-active management of customers’ accounts. As part of the role, you’ll be required to produce accurate and timely invoices, undertake collection of any outstanding monies and identify opportunities for additional account renewals and sales.
You’ll be a reliable point of contact for customers, ensuring that any queries raised via the multiple communication channels are dealt with efficiently using effective communication. You’ll work as part of a wider team and build outstanding relationships internally and externally, consistently delivering excellent results against agreed performance objectives.
About you
You’ll have previous experience working in a customer orientated environment and the ability to take ownership and challenge where appropriate with a ‘one touch’ approach working to exceed customer expectations.
You’ll be pro-active and well organised, able to manage a busy workload with competing and changing priorities. Showing flexibility, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Being a team player will be key, having the ability to build strong effective relationships with customers and stakeholders. You’ll be enthusiastic, motivated and capable of dealing with a wide range of tasks. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and calm and confident approach.
