Internal Sales Co-ordinator / Customer Service Advisor
Assisting with the day to day duties in the Sales office.
This role includes:
Talking to customers via telephone and email on a daily basis;
Order processing - putting orders on the system;
Invoicing orders;
Scheduling;
Raising customer reports;
Filing;
Raising purchase orders;
Basic Estimating;
Delivery Bookings;
Dealing with customer queries and complaints;
Answering telephone and redirecting calls.
The successful candidate must have:
Customer Service experience
Good Communication skills;
Polite Telephone Manner;
Ability to work under pressure;
Standard knowledge of Excel and Word;
Attention to accuracy.
The hours for this role are:
Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30
Friday 08:00 – 15:30
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £11.50 per hour
