As a Customer Experience Advisor you’ll be providing the best care for our customers, both over the phone, via email and through our social media channels. To put it simply, the most important part of your role is to ensure that all customers leave delighted with our products and your service. As a Customer Experience Advisor you'll be helping to answer and resolve our customer queries and go the extra mile to ensure they have everything they need to practice their favourite sports!
