Customer Service Advisor – Inbound order call handling

What you will do
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor’s to handle orders over the telephone to join the team immediately on a permanent basis. All the calls are inbound so everyone you speak to wants to engage with us. Once you’ve handled our customer’s order, you’ll promote a special offer too. Once you're settled, we will train you up to deal with customer service queries.
Who are we looking for?
Our team come from various employment backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common. They were all recruited as they demonstrated great communication and listening skills and an ability to build rapport. If you’re naturally warm and friendly, motivated and keen to deliver a great customer experience, this could be the role for you.
Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 8pm every day of the week so we can offer a degree of flexibility. You’ll be required to work either a Saturday or a Sunday along with some 8pm finishes per week.
