Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an exciting global organisation in central Milton Keynes. Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for customers looking to make claims, via telephone and email
- Communicating with 3rd parties in the event of incidents
- Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
- Liaising with claim handlers to ensure efficiency of claims completion
- Supporting team with adhoc duties when necessary

- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
- Team player with passion for helping others
- Proactive, able to work with initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 per year
