We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an exciting global organisation in central Milton Keynes. Responsibilities:

Act as first point of contact for customers looking to make claims, via telephone and email

• Communicating with 3rd parties in the event of incidents
• Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
• Liaising with claim handlers to ensure efficiency of claims completion
• Supporting team with adhoc duties when necessary

• Excellent customer service experience
• Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
• Team player with passion for helping others
• Proactive, able to work with initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00 per year
