We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide administrative support to our computer network and network equipment. The right candidates will have a background in office administration and be comfortable using routing equipment and troubleshooting networks. The successful candidate will spend his or her time desk-side troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls from customers.
- Be able to repeat information back to customers.
- Write up incident reports.
- Escalate customer issues to supervisors or managers as necessary.
- Work effectively with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
