Job description
Due to business growth, we are looking to employ a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to work within a busy pallet department, the role will be via both the phone and email and will include the following duties:
- All forms of customer communications in a timely manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Communications with other network depots to ensure delivery performance
- Communication with our own drivers to ensure KPI's are maintained
- Responding to customer and depot emails and message within an agreed timeframe
- Liaising with customers re potential late collections or other issues
- Elements of performance reporting
- Any other duties as required
Previous experience in a transport/logistics related arena would be an advantage but not a necessity.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 07.30 - 15.30 plus 1 in 7 Saturday mornings.
