Do you have experience working towards targets? Are you passionate about providing excellent service? We are currently seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors within our General Insurance team in our Milton Keynes head office.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a telephony based team who are front line for all General insurance customers contacting the company by telephone. These customers may be existing customers with changes regarding their current cover or new customers looking to take out new General Insurance quotes for building and contents.
Key Purpose of the role:
- Answer incoming calls from our customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances
- Build professional relationships with existing and potential customers
- Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times by carefully listening to all customers requirements, offering them an optimal solution and maintaining accurate records of all communications
- Ensure all customer interactions and activities adhere to internal standards and external regulatory requirements

What we are looking for in you:
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in telephone based customer service or sales roles
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills whilst ensuring customer empathy and understanding of customer requirements.
- Motivated, driven, and committed to achieving personal and team goals.
- Ability to work in a team environment and share best customer practice with team colleagues to ensure the goals of the team are achieved as well as individual goals and targets.
- Computer literate.
