Job description

Comar Optics is expanding and we are looking for a customer service administrator to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming enquiries by phone and email and forwarding/responding as appropriate
• Managing multiple inboxes
• Preparing customer quotations and following these up
• Sales order entry
• Maintaining customers relationships and follow-ups
• Assisting with customer queries
• Sending and following up RFQs
• Reviewing and selecting product supply chains
• Production follow up

Key skills

• Understanding of and experience with using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Good IT skills
• Experience in a sales administration or customer-facing role
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and good at following up internally and externally
• Ability to work with others as part of a sales and technical project team
• Completing tasks - ability to 'get things done'!

This position is Monday - Friday, 7am-4:45pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
