Customer Services/Help Desk Advisor

Full Time - Permanent

We have an opportunity for a Customer Services/Help Desk Advisor to join their team of staff in the Credit Control department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a working pattern of 9am to 5pm.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Initiative and flexible to new ideas and ways of working
  • Highly energetic and driven to succeed
  • Able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
  • Able to manage information of a confidential nature
  • Microsoft office skills are preferable
  • Excellent telephone manner and written skills

Duties of this role include:

  • Supporting the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate and polite service to our patients.
  • Managing patient enquiries to a high standard
  • Supporting change of business processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and company policy.
  • Ability to work within other areas of the department if required
  • Completing ad-hoc requests from the management team.
