Basic salary £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Job Role
Caspian Insurance is looking for driven, confident customer care executive to join our professional and energetic team in the Spinningfields, Manchester.
You will be -
- Calling clients to make sure that they are happy with their policies
- Managing phone calls and correspondence from customers (e-mails & letters)
- Making sure customers have received their documents and relevant forms via post and email
- Answering any questions a customer may have about their policy
- Helping customers complete any relevant forms needed over the phone
- Updating daily databases and records on spreadsheets
You will get -
- Finish at 2pm on a Friday
- No weekend work
- 22 days’ holiday per year, plus your birthday as paid holiday
