Role: Contact Centre Advisor

Location: Sheffield, S60 5BD

Hours: 40 hours per week. Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis which will includes Evenings (until 8pm) and Weekends

Salary: OTE £22,830

(£21,630 per year + a bonus that provides a on target annual earnings of £22,830)

*Your own transport would be beneficial due to the site not being on a public transport route*

What does the job involve?

  • You’ll be handling calls, live chats and emails from customers who have already purchased their vehicle and need your help.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to assist with the customer’s with their enquiry through to conclusion.
  • You’ll experience lots of variety in your calls right through from a simple ‘how do I turn my lights off?’ to ‘I’ve broken down at the roadside, can you help me?’

What experience or skills do I need to join the team?

  • A passion for customer service.
  • To have the desire to help and find solutions.
  • Experience in a call centre or contact centre environment would be desirable but not essential.
  • Fully enhanced training in our customer service academy where we support you every step of the way!
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
  • Being comfortable and confident to speak to people on the phone.
  • A resilient attitude with a calm approach will be very beneficial in your new role.
