Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Vicarage Street, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3FA

Salary: £24,570

Hours of Work: 42 Hours (Working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, Between 8am and 8pm)

What you will be doing:

· Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents

· Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service

· Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement

· Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety

· Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
