What is the purpose of the role?
Working in a busy high volume Neighbourhood Safety & Enforcement Service, the role of the Customer Service Advisor (ASB) is to manage and respond to all initial customer reports of anti social behaviour and tenancy breach and deliver excellent customer service.
Why is the role important?
The Neighbourhood Safety & Enforcement Service is responsible for responding to customer reporting anti social behaviour and assessing priority and risks at this key first stage contact. It is a key service for the organisation and involves taking detailed reports and reassuring customers who are often feeling vulnerable and emotional due to the anti social behaviour impacting them.

All offers of employment will be made at the starting point of the relevant pay grade. Annual pay incremental rises will apply until the maximum increment point of the grade*.
