This position is based in our offices in Nottingham City Centre with excellent access to public transport.

About the role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be the face of the company, taking inbound calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through our live chat service. Our customers prefer to talk to real, authentic people when ordering our products, so this is an unscripted role with a focus on customer experience.

We will provide you with the in-depth knowledge and expertise to allow you to sell our products with confidence and enthusiasm, and ensure you get the most out of every call.

About you:

We’re looking for energetic individuals willing to go the extra mile, someone who can assist a customer in deciding on the right product for them and ensuring that every avenue has been explored in a professional and helpful manner.

Your experience

• Sales or Customer Service call centre (1 year +) desired but no essential
• Worked in a target driven environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £20,630 rising to £21,630 after probation
• Full-time - 40hpw,
• permanent position
• Working days: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday
