Customer Service Advisor – Exeter (Hybrid remote working after probation)

£23,000 per annum + Company Bonus + 24 days Hols, Pension, Insurance

Due to growth and promotions, they are currently looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join their friendly team.

What?

  • Handle customer queries on a first call resolution basis whilst delivering a first-class customer experience
  • Provide a one point of contact service to the customer by developing an understanding of all the company products, processes and values.
  • Focus of the role will be the provision of customer service, but you will also be cross trained across operations to provide support which will add variety to daily duties.
  • You’ll need to enjoy dealing with varied queries whilst communicating effectively and building rapport at the same time.
  • Working within a team and building close relationships across departments is important to the success of this role.
