Location – Various - London Region
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730. Hybrid working, 2 days from home and 3 days onsite.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of our on-site operations across our portfolio of developments by providing inspirational leadership, driving superior levels of customer service, ensuring Health & Safety compliance and supporting onsite teams with the day-to-day running of their development. You will lead, develop and mentor the onsite teams to create a culture of continuous improvement and optimal performance, ensuring that revenue opportunities are maximised, costs are controlled, and systems are used effectively and efficiently.

- you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others you’ll be a confident communicator to work with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships with residents, and contractors.
