The Client
Our client is a national, leading service provider that specialises in complete drainage and plumbing services to a wide range of clients, managing all domestic and commercial drainage and plumbing failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients’ needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe. They are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
Hours of work – Monday to Friday working on a alternating shift pattern – 07:00 – 15:30 / 08:00 – 16:30 / 08:30 – 17:00 / 09:30 – 18:00 / 10:30 – 19:00
- 1st point of contact for customer service enquiries
- Responsible for emails, reports and general administration
- Using internal systems to ensure that a customers records are accurately maintained

Key Requirements
The key requirements of this position will include (but not be limited to):
- Customer service experience
- Confidence when speaking to customers
- Excellent listening skills
- Can do attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to support the call centre manager in providing real time reporting and regular updates to senior management
