As well as taking ownership of customers' concerns and acting as their primary contact, you’ll learn all about Zara’s portfolio of products too, so that you can truly understand each customer’s unique needs. We’ll also rely on you to act as an intermediary between the customer and the appropriate department when necessary, in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Put simply, your challenge will be to retain customers through positive relationship building, diffusing tricky situations and creating trust via an open and honest approach in a fast-paced environment where promises made are delivered. Are you up for the challenge?
If so, you’ll need to be self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment. It goes without saying that you’ll have a flair for using your strong listening skills and probing techniques to engage with people who demand a premium level of personalised service. Indeed, building a rapport with customers by greeting them in a friendly, and professional manner will be key. You’ll also need to bring computer literacy skills and the ability to keep accurate customer records.
