Job description
Location: Home based - Start Date: 29/08/2023 - recruitment closes for limited remaining spaces 8am 21/08/23
Salary: £21,674 potentially increasing up to £22,672 upon successful completion of probation period and extended training programme (approx. 9 months)
We are looking for customer experience professionals who enjoy helping and talking to people as successful candidates can take up to 60-80 inbound calls a day during peak times.
This is very specific work calling for friendly, helpful individuals, with the initiative and ability to remain positive and calm, even at the busiest times.
Working as part of the team, you’ll be answering enquiries and accessing client computer records for information, so you’ll need to be comfortable with PCs, keyboards, wearing a telephone headset, and happy to be on the telephone for most of the day.
You’ll be required to:
- Provide the highest standards of customer service
- Maintain and update call, email, and problem records accurately
- Communicate and liaise with the appropriate departments in relation to more complex problems
- Communicate problem status or resolution to the customer as required.
- Answer a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed service levels.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
What you’ll need:
- Availability 8.30 am 5.30 pm Monday -Friday for the first 3 weeks of training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal / written)
- Ability to actively listen and ask appropriate questions.
- Passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service
- Good call handling skills
- Must be able to work confidently, as part of a remote virtual team
- Good security awareness and the importance of DPA
- Right To Work in the UK
