Your criteria for success will include:
- Processing inbound orders (no outbound sales calls)
- Responding to varied customer service enquiries
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relations
- Good organization skills and knowledge of computer software
- Previous office experience

- Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative
- Customer focused
- Commercially aware, numerate, articulate and computer literate
