This is a great role for the right person to join a truly dynamic business and a very focused team. Your criteria for success will include:

• Processing inbound orders (no outbound sales calls)

• Responding to varied customer service enquiries
• Maintaining and developing existing customer relations
• Good organization skills and knowledge of computer software
• Previous office experience

The individual:

• Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative
• Customer focused
• Commercially aware, numerate, articulate and computer literate
• Enjoy being part of a lively and fun environment
