We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our marketing department to work across our two brands - and you can work from anywhere in the UK; even including some time abroad (yes, really!)
Building our social media strategy and content production will form a key part of your role; you’ll create attention-grabbing video, audio, and static content, and drive engagement across our social platforms, as well as be responsible for producing dynamic email campaigns including the creation of all graphics and copy. To assist in producing this industry leading content, 2023 will see the launch of our new media room, which you will be heavily involved with.
Aside from content production, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing our online community, analysing performance data and KPIs, and monitoring industry and ingredient trends.
We are looking for a candidate to drive and maintain a continuous stream of content in line with both our brands across multiple platforms. Social media & community engagement
- Build and execute our social media strategy across Instagram & LinkedIn and manage the day-to-day handling of these channels
- Create and edit engaging graphic, video, and audio content
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Conduct regular market research and monitor industry & ingredient trends
- Create social media paid ad campaigns & ongoing optimisation
- Report writing, analysing performance data and KPI’s
Email marketing
- Content production for email marketing campaigns including graphics, copy & analytics
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written English & copywriting skills; must be able to write clear, compelling copy
- Strong creative & analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and eye for design
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in using Adobe design tools preferred (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in video and podcast editing
- Experience with the use of various media equipment, including video, photographic, and audio equipment
- Experience with scheduling and analytical tools (e.g Later)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn
- Be creative, driven and a self-starter
- Have a passion for creating content!
This is a London living wage position, meaning that salary will rise at least in line with this level. On top of this, there is a pension scheme paying a 5% employer contribution and an annual bonus scheme dependent upon company performance.
