Acquire Recruitment are pleased to offer a Customer Success Advisor vacancy on a permanent basis on behalf of our fast growing client based in Gloucester.
The main responsibility for the role will be dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries and orders. This is a crucial role for the business and comes at an exciting time as the team continues to grow quickly. You will be working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment dealing with customers of all types.
The right candidate will have: -
- Have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment
- Display an excellent level of attention to detail
- Be confident in telephone conversations and dealing with issues quickly
- Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Be committed to manage time in an effective manner so that all work is completed by specified deadlines
- Be a motivated and positive team player
- Have excellent IT skills
The main duties are: -
- Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicated back to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount
- Inputting orders into the ERP System
- Order Management
- Being a main support to the Sales Team by processing all requests in a time-efficient manner and able to liaise between various departments successfully
- Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key
- Ensure a highly professional manner is always taken whether on the telephone or email
- As a team you will answer all incoming customer service calls
