Role: Customer Service Advisor
Type: Permanent
Location: Derby
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am -3 pm
Customer Service Advisor
Salary:
£22,500 - £23,500
Duties:
- Answer general, written, customer service queries via ticketing system within SLA times
- Answering incoming calls to ensure our high level of service is maintained
- Take ownership of post-sale customer queries. Working with other teams to find a resolution
- Manage a caseload of sales through to completion. Including handling return documentation
Requirements:
- Has a history of providing consistently excellent customer service
- Has an organised working style with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workload
- A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard as part of an enthusiastic team
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is able to adapt to new processes and systems quickly
- Seeks customer focused resolutions
