Customer Service Advisor – 29 hpw (Monday to Friday)
(South Shields Town Hall/Jarrow Town Hall, Customer Service Centres)
£24,496 pa pro rata
We are looking for a team player who is highly organised and self-motivated with a professional manner and effective communication skills to work in the Customer Service Front Facing Team between both South Shields and Jarrow Town Hall. Your working hours will be during normal office hours.
You will handle service requests from the public for a wide range of services within the Council. Experience of working in a Customer Service Centre dealing with enquiries from the public, either face to face or over the telephone, is essential, as is experience of using computer systems. However, the most important attributes will be your willingness to learn and your adaptability and willingness to work in different ways. Full training will be given.
