Location: Homebased
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Saturday 8am to 8pm

What you’ll do
Do you have a passion for delivering great customer service and maintaining relationships? As a Customer Service Adviser in our Consumer Care team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our new and existing customers with a wide range of customer service queries.
- You’ll deal with queries mainly regarding our customers bills and be empowered to identify opportunities where additional products may benefit the customer
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring we start the customer journey off the right way
- Being resilient and handling objections in challenging conversations as well as maintaining that great level of service and solving queries in a timely manner.
Who you are
Excellent communication & listening skills- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Motivated, engaging, and able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Passion for delivering the best customer service
- Confident in using multiple computer systems at once
- Be an advocate of Vodafone, protecting its reputation and follow our Code of Conduct – treating everyone with respect and understanding
- Customer Service experience is desirable
