Job description
Roslyn's is looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and articulate individual for a support-centric role dealing primarily with our end-to-end payroll software.
The role is focused on helping our clients properly use our cloud-based services to their full potential, guiding them through our systems, and responding to their queries in a timely manner. This role may be likened to a first-line support position.
Most of the client communication is handled in one of two ways, by the client booking a call or via a cloud-based ticketing system. We would expect you to deal with approximately 20 tickets a day and about 2 calls, though this can vary wildly from day to day. Most of the queries are regarding our payroll software service and a good understanding of end-to-end payroll is therefore important.
While you will be part of a team, the job is mostly self-managed, and you need to be comfortable working alone. Internal staff communication is done textually primarily via Microsoft Teams, but anything client-related goes through the aforementioned ticketing system. Our systems generate reporting for you to track compliance, and this is supervised by your line manager, but you will not be micro-managed.
Duties
- Acknowledge client correspondence quickly and efficiently in a friendly a polite tone.
- Ensure client is submitting paperwork and payroll correctly and in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with technical and administrative queries.
- Use exception reporting to identify and resolve issues with HMRC, TPR and NEST pensions.
- Make suggestions to the development teams to further improve user experience for both clients and Roslyns.
- Complete declarations of compliance for The Pension Regulator.
- Communicate and coordinate with our business development team.
- Communicate with HMRC, TPR and NEST pensions as appropriate.
- Processing of attachment of earnings orders.
Full time and part time (20hrs+) positions will be considered. Working hours are entirely flexible providing someone in the team is always available during traditional working hours.
While the role is advertised as remote-based, a seat in our Sheffield office can be arranged if preferred.
