Customer Service Administrator, Full Time, Great Barford, Bedfordshire
Working hours in this role are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships in order to drive individual performance.
In this role you will be:
- Providing administrative support to Account Managers
- Handling incoming orders, queries and quotes from customers
- Managing and responding to website orders
- Managing and responding to customer web chats
- Ensuring THX’s system is updated with customer account activity, including administration of off-hires/on-hires
- Answering the main phone line and providing support to customers
- Liaising with customers about orders and collections to ensure they are up to date
- Liaising with colleagues in the transport team to arrange deliveries and collections
- Liaising with colleagues in the warehouse and workshop teams to ensure we are able to meet customer requirements
- Recording and reporting of sales information and figures
- Supporting marketing campaigns and other activities.
It is essential that you bring:
- Proven experience in supporting a sales and/or account management team
- Knowledge of good sales and account management administration practices
- Experience of providing administrative support to multiple colleagues and managing multiple priorities
- Experience of working target driven environments and delivering to targets set
- Experience of assessing and resolving issues
- Proficiency in the use of the main Microsoft tools
- Personal drive with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to be calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
