Job description

We are Manchester's only fully automated safety deposit centre, specialising in the protection of high value assets and cash.

Job Description

  • Serve safe deposit customers by opening accounts, providing authorised access and dealing with enquires
  • Administrative tasks including the maintenance of all rental records
  • Handling over the counter queries as well as answering the telephone, utilising every opportunity to sell the centre services

Person Specification

  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Proficiency in the use of standard and specialised computer software packages such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong telephone skills

We are looking to get someone in to start asap with the offer of 15 to 20 hours per week, we work on shift work so your shifts may change a little from week to week. Going forward there will be more hours to offer. Hours to include weekends, holiday and sickness cover.

We are open 6 days per week.
